A 50% booking fee is required to secure booking, the remain to be paid in full a day before the date of the event. No refunds accepted. Change of date can be arranged if available.
A $150 bond is required for breakage or missing styling items and it will be refund within 2 working days after the event.
Location of picnic must be within practical access to a car park for loading/ unloading purposes. Please allow 1-2 hrs to set up at the beginning and to pack down at the end of the event. Travel fee may apply for delivery outside Ballina – Byron Bay Shire.
Hire time max. 4 hrs. Longer hours can be arranged on request. Delivery/ set up and pack down on the same day of the event, including platter’s boards and bowls. Time to pack down and pick up to be agreed before date of the event considering safety, noise and visibility at public areas.
Rugs, cushions, peacock chair and non-waterproof styling items cannot be set up in wet conditions or surfaces, please consider preparing a wet weather plan or change of date if available. Overall safety must be considered for extreme windy conditions and event may be moved to a protected area if required;
Permit to use public area is not included. Permit can be organised upon request.
Boho Bay cannot accept any responsibility for any produce past the 4-hour period. Boho Bay have full liability insurance. Boho Bay needs to be aware of any dietary requirements.
Drinks are not included. Boho Bay is not licensed to serve alcohol and are not responsible for the consumption of alcohol at your event. Licensed serving of Alcohol can be organised upon request.
