Together as Celebrant & Ceremony Stylist  #celebrantandstylist, Victoria and Renata are the most successful team in the Byron Bay and Ballina region! Designed for weddings and elopements, our Styled Ceremony Packages include ceremony design and legals by Love for Life Celebrant, Boho Bay ceremony styling, set up, pack down and ceremony coordination.  Build your package, add on one of our talent photographers and unique transportation.

Terms & Conditions

Package prices are valid for 2020 and limited to 24 guests. A 50% booking fee is required to secure booking, the remain to be paid in full a day before the date of the event. No refunds accepted. Change of date can be arranged if available.

Location of ceremony must be within practical access to a car park for loading/ unloading purposes. Please allow 1-2 hrs to set up at the beginning and to pack down at the end of the event. Travel fee may apply for delivery outside Ballina – Byron Bay Shire.

Delivery/ set up and pack down on the same day of the event only. Time to pack down and pick up to be agreed before date of the event considering safety, noise and visibility at public areas.

Styling items cannot be set up in wet conditions or surfaces, please consider preparing a wet weather plan or change of date if available. Overall safety must be considered for extreme windy conditions and ceremony may be moved to a protected area if required;

Boho Arbour greens/flowers cost not included in the packages. 

Permit to use public area can be organised upon request, additional fees may be applicable.

Love for Life Celebrant & Boho Bay have full liability insurance. 

We are not licensed to serve alcohol and are not responsible for the consumption of alcohol at your event. Licensed serving of Alcohol can be organised upon request. 

Please inform Boho Bay & Love for Life Celebrant in advance if you do not wish your photos/ videos on social media. We do love to share our beautiful styling.
